Changes

* When Heavenly Dome restored health, you could heal yourself by blocking your own projectiles. Quick players could fire restore lots of HP by firing a barrage of Hail of Death across the map, teleport teleporting to where the Hail was headed, and cast blocking them with Dome to restore their health with their own barrage of 5 HP per Hail
