Relic Dust is the currency in Wands, which is used to unlock new characters and wands. It can be earned by:

Leveling up (100 for each level after 21)
Playing your first match of the day (100)
Getting your first win of the day (100)
Participating in some events
Achievements during matches (like winning without pickups)
